Your Uinta Labrador Retriever is NOT guaranteed for temperament, size at adulthood, trainability, accidental death, accidental disability, accidental injury, or any health conditions not specifically covered by this guarantee.
Your Uinta Labrador Retriever is guaranteed for ten (10) days from Pickup/Shipping date to be free of communicable disease leading to death before six (6) months of age upon presentation to us of a written diagnosis and certification of death from a licensed veterinarian.
Your Uinta Labrador Retriever’s hips are guaranteed to be certifiable as Fair, Good, or Excellent by the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals (OFA) between 24 months and 27 months of age. Your Uinta Labrador Retriever’s eyes are guaranteed to be certifiably free and clear from any genetic, vision-damaging eye disease that prevents it from being certified by the Canine Eye Registration Foundation, Inc. Diagnosis must be made by a Board Certified Veterinary Ophthalmologist before 24 months of age, with the veterinarian certifying in writing that the damage is genetic and is not caused by injury or illness. All paperwork must indicate the microchip identification number as verified by your veterinarian.
Your Uinta Ladrador Retriever is guaranteed to be non-affected by EIC (Exercise-Induced Collapse). Testing for EIC must be performed before 6 months of age by the University of Minnesota Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory (VDL). Any Uinta Labrador Retriever who falls under this guarantee and whose owner has followed the guidelines stated above and the provisions stated below will be replaced by a puppy of comparable breeding, same sex and color, and equal price at the discretion of Uinta Labrador Retrievers. The purchase price of the dog covered by this guarantee will apply toward the higher price of the replacement puppy should the buyer choose to receive a replacement puppy from a stronger breeding, and/or of different sex and/or color. The buyer must pay the difference. Neither a credit against future or additional puppy purchases, nor a refund of money will be given should the buyer choose to receive a replacement puppy from a lesser breeding, sex, and/or color than that of the dog covered under this guarantee.
Dogs covered under this guarantee are by replacement only. This guarantee covers the purchase price of the puppy only. Any and all expenses incurred in diagnosis, treatment, through return of the guaranteed dog, or through replacement of the guaranteed dog are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
